Job Summary

Fadac Resources is recruiting an experienced Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) for a technology app development company. The role involves overseeing financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales receipts across multiple payment platforms and ensure accurate reconciliation
  • Support project financial planning and cost analysis
  • Analyze financial data to ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Prepare financial projections and business trend analysis
  • Oversee budgeting, operational finance, and contract-related financial activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations
  • Support implementation of strategic financial management plans with the CFO
  • Assess contracts and advise management on financial implications
  • Maintain strong internal financial controls and audit documentation
  • Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy
  • Ensure adequate cash flow management for business operations
  • Train staff on financial resource management practices
  • Participate in management and project meetings
  • Assist in compensation structure design including salaries, incentives, and commissions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • ICAN or ACCA certification required
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in corporate finance or multinational environment is an advantage
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel usage
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Ability to design and implement internal controls
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
