Social Media Officer

So Fresh Neighbourhood Market is seeking a Social Media Officer to manage and grow its digital presence. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketer with strong content creation skills and experience managing brand social media platforms.

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and Reels
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
• Write compelling captions and brand storytelling content
• Monitor engagement and optimize content performance
• Support customer interaction and brand communication online
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Experience managing brand social media accounts (portfolio required)
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and Telegram
• Proficiency in Canva, InShot, or similar tools
• Strong creativity in content creation (graphics and video)
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
