A company in Surulere is hiring a General Manager to oversee production and operational activities within a factory environment. This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage production efficiency, quality control, and team performance.

• Plan and implement daily production schedules to meet order demands and quality standards
• Monitor production activities and resolve operational issues in real time
• Oversee retail shop operations, ensuring proper product display and stock availability
• Implement and enforce quality control processes before product delivery
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for timely order fulfillment
• Supervise product delivery and logistics operations
• Manage production materials, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes
• Track and control production costs and material usage
• Prepare operational reports on production, inventory, and logistics performance

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production or operations management
• Must be male
• Strong experience managing factory or production environments
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory or production management software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
