Job Summary

Stockgap Fuels Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Retail Sales Manager to drive LPG retail expansion, lead regional sales teams, and execute strategies that boost market penetration and revenue growth across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute regional LPG retail growth strategies
  • Translate corporate goals into actionable regional plans
  • Drive market expansion through dealer networks and digital ordering platforms
  • Achieve regional sales targets including volume, revenue, and margins
  • Monitor cylinder distribution, refill rates, and dealer restocking performance
  • Optimize the sales process from order placement to delivery
  • Develop localized sales strategies across LGAs and clusters
  • Drive customer acquisition campaigns and on-ground activations
  • Promote app adoption and increase user engagement
  • Execute regional marketing campaigns and ensure brand visibility
  • Track and improve sales performance using data and analytics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or Master’s Degree is an added advantage
  • 8 to 12 years experience in sales, commercial, or distribution roles
  • 4 to 6 years experience in a leadership role managing regional or multi-location teams
  • Strong experience in retail expansion and distribution networks
  • Proven ability to manage multi-layered sales teams
  • Experience with tech-enabled or app-driven sales systems is an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking with execution capability
  • Ability to drive aggressive sales growth and expand into new markets
  • Strong analytical and operational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
  • Background in LPG, downstream oil and gas, FMCG, telecom, banking, or logistics is preferred
