Chief Security Officer

Resurgir Consulting’s client, a licensed private security company approved by NSCDC and vetted by DSS, is seeking a Chief Security Officer to oversee security operations, supervise guards, and ensure efficient deployment and compliance across client locations.

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations
• Recruit, train, and deploy security guards to client sites
• Conduct routine inspections of deployed personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Organize training programs for security staff
• Maintain discipline and operational efficiency among guards
• Provide regular operational reports to management
• Handle incident reporting and documentation
• Ensure proper vetting and background checks for security personnel

• Minimum of BSc or HND in any relevant field
• Must be computer literate
• 2 to 3 years experience in private security operations
• Strong knowledge of security training and operations
• Ability to recruit, train, and deploy security personnel effectively
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to operational demands
