• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field
• 6–8 years of experience, with compulsory experience in the fashion industry
• Proven leadership experience in a fashion or retail business
• Strong understanding of fashion production and merchandising
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
