Housekeeper

Casalavoro Limited is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to ensure a clean, orderly, and hygienic environment across guest rooms, facilities, and public areas while maintaining high hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.

The Housekeeper will be responsible for routine cleaning and upkeep of assigned spaces, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and proper sanitation in line with company standards.

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas

Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries and other amenities

Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces and furniture

Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse properly

Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items

Adhere to hygiene, safety, and cleaning standards set by the organization

Respond politely and promptly to guest or resident requests

Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment

Assist with laundry duties where necessary

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an added advantage (not compulsory)

Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices

Physically fit with good stamina for active duties

Strong attention to detail and time management ability

Ability to work independently and within a team

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
