Deliver high-quality lectures and academic instruction in Human Resource Management
Conduct advanced research and publish in reputable academic journals
Supervise postgraduate students and mentor junior academic staff

Engage in national and international academic collaborations
Provide leadership within the department and faculty
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience as an Associate Professor or equivalent
Alternatively, at least six years experience as a Senior Lecturer for direct appointment
Strong record of scholarly publications with a minimum of 40 publication points
Evidence of publications reviewed and assessed by qualified academic authorities
Positive evaluation from at least two out of three external assessors
Proven academic leadership, awards, and recognition at national or international levels
Demonstrated administrative and managerial experience
