Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients across relevant industries
- Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels
- Maintain accurate records of prospects using CRM tools
- Schedule meetings and transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Monitor and report lead generation performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification is an added advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities
