Production Manager

Elizabeth Maddeux is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows
• Monitor output, identify variances, and apply corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment for optimal productivity
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment efficiency
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Train, motivate, and manage production staff
• Track performance metrics such as OEE, downtime, and yield
• Prepare production and cost performance reports for management
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with HR on staffing, training, and performance management
• Enforce company policies and HSE standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (Master’s is an advantage)
• 5–7 years experience in production or manufacturing management
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality systems
• Experience leading large teams in industrial environments
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
