Human Resources Officer

A company in Ikoyi is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to manage HR operations, drive recruitment, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can handle strategic planning, employee management, and organizational development.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate staff records
• Coordinate employee training, development, and performance reviews
• Oversee HR budgets and workforce planning
• Support overall employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Must possess CIPM certification
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
