Job Summary

Givanas is hiring a Sales Administrator to support its FMCG sales operations by managing orders, coordinating with distributors, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in sales administration within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor customer orders for FMCG products
  • Maintain and update distributor records and client accounts
  • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and sales performance reports
  • Work closely with the finance team on payments and credit approvals
  • Coordinate sales meetings and assist with trade activations
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all sales activities

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales administration (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
