Real Estate Marketer

Zila Construction Limited is seeking a Real Estate Marketer to drive the promotion and sales of residential properties in Nigeria. The ideal candidate should be experienced in real estate marketing, skilled in client engagement, and able to generate leads and close property sales effectively.

• Market and promote residential property listings
• Generate and follow up on leads to drive property sales
• Conduct property viewings and client presentations
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Support overall marketing efforts for property campaigns
• Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences
• Ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations

• Proven experience in real estate marketing, especially residential properties in Nigeria
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing strategies
• Knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
