Social Media Marketer/Manager

Zila Construction Limited is hiring a Social Media Marketer/Manager to lead its digital presence and expand into podcasting, visual storytelling, and content creation. This role is suited for a creative and strategic professional who can develop engaging content, manage campaigns, and drive brand visibility within the construction space.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy
• Plan and manage content calendars across multiple formats (videos, podcasts, graphics)
• Create and run social media ads to drive engagement and sales
• Produce and manage podcast content including scripting, recording, and editing
• Design visual content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Shoot and edit video content for various digital platforms
• Craft compelling stories around projects, client experiences, and brand values
• Generate content ideas such as project showcases, industry insights, and behind-the-scenes features
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Collaborate with clients, influencers, and industry professionals for content creation

• Strong experience in social media marketing and content strategy
• Ability to plan and manage multi-format content (podcasts, videos, graphics)
• Knowledge of podcast production and audio editing
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Video production and editing skills
• Strong storytelling and communication abilities
• Basic understanding of the construction industry is an advantage
