Nigerian NewsDirect is looking to hire an Operations Associate to support internal processes and ensure smooth coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Support the coordination and execution of daily operational activities
Track tasks, workflows, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Follow up with team members to maintain smooth communication and progress
Identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies in processes and report accordingly
Assist in maintaining organized records and operational systems
Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless operations
At least 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High level of responsibility and accountability
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Good communication skills, especially for coordination and follow-ups
