Sales and Customer Representative (Remote)

JIDDYSLUXE is hiring a Sales and Customer Representative to manage customer interactions and drive sales remotely. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at building relationships while ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups

Respond quickly to customer inquiries across communication channels

Track, record, and report daily sales activities

Guide customers in selecting suitable products

Coordinate orders with the operations and logistics team

Follow up on leads and close sales effectively

Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

High level of emotional intelligence and attention to detail

Strong communication skills with good command of English

Organized, reliable, and customer-oriented

Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setup

Must be based in Lagos (preferred)
