Marketing Manager

We are a fast-growing printing and branding company specializing in high-quality digital printing, large-format printing, corporate branding, promotional materials, and customized merchandise. We help businesses bring their brands to life through creative and impactful print solutions.

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Generate new leads for printing and branding services (corporate clients, SMEs, events, institutions).
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, website content, paid ads).
• Identify and pursue partnership and business development opportunities.
• Oversee content creation including brochures, proposals, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and campaign strategies.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing (experience in printing, advertising, or branding industry is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to increase client acquisition and brand visibility.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
