Oversee all branch operations including sales, customer service, administration, HR, and distribution activities
Set and achieve branch targets, sales goals, and performance metrics
Analyze local market conditions to identify new business and sales opportunities
Develop business plans, financial goals, and performance forecasts
Manage branch budget and ensure proper allocation of resources
Lead, train, coach, and motivate branch staff to improve productivity
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions for improvement
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards
