Medical Laboratory Technician / Scientist

Oak Hospitals is looking to hire a competent Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist to support laboratory operations and ensure accurate diagnostic results. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and committed to maintaining high standards in all laboratory procedures.

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses in line with medical standards
• Prepare and handle samples for testing and examination
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment efficiently
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
• Follow established laboratory procedures and safety guidelines
• Document and report findings clearly and accurately
• Support overall laboratory operations and workflow

• Relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing methods
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
