Job Summary

A fashion brand in Orchid, Lekki is looking to hire a Customer Care/Office Assistant to manage customer interactions, support sales activities, and handle basic office operations. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, organized, and able to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent service

Support sales efforts and help drive revenue growth

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workspace

Handle basic office tasks and administrative duties

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Assist with content editing when necessary

Required Qualifications

Must reside within Orchid, Ikota, Chevron, Ajah, New Road, Agungi, Jakande, Osapa, VGC, or nearby areas

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English language

Must be neat and professionally dressed at all times

Ability to manage tasks efficiently and stay organized

Editing skills will be an added advantage
