Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all financial records and reporting systems
Prepare accurate weekly and monthly financial reports
Handle staff payroll and payments
Reconcile all transactions including POS, transfers, and online payments
Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall profitability
Identify financial gaps and recommend improvements
Maintain structured, organized, and efficient financial systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
Proven experience handling real business financial reporting
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Finance or Accounting degree is an added advantage
Must be able to provide professional references for verification
