Manage client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare accurate technical quotations based on client specifications
Interpret architectural drawings and layouts
Calculate surface areas and measurements accurately
Explain technical concepts clearly to clients
Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Promote products and services to drive sales growth
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Manage WhatsApp and other marketing platforms to increase customer reach and retention
Maintain organized records and follow up on leads effectively
Required Qualifications
BSc or HND in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or related field
Proven experience in the glass or construction industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Good understanding of linear measurements and unit conversions
Ability to interpret basic technical drawings
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
