ICT Officer

Iknorbert Communications Limited is seeking an experienced ICT Officer to manage and support its IT infrastructure. The role requires a skilled professional with strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Provide technical support and manage the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)

Manage Microsoft 365 services and user accounts

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality

Support internal teams with ICT-related needs and solutions

Maintain system security and ensure data protection standards

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of 5–12 years of experience in ICT support or administration

Proficiency in Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365

Professional certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA) are an advantage

Knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is an added advantage

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
