Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and manage the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Manage Microsoft 365 services and user accounts
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
Support internal teams with ICT-related needs and solutions
Maintain system security and ensure data protection standards
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5–12 years of experience in ICT support or administration
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
Professional certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA) are an advantage
Knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
