Remote Sales Manager/Leader

A licensed study-abroad company is seeking an experienced Remote Sales Manager to lead and scale its sales team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving sales performance, and managing pipelines while working remotely with a high-performance, target-driven team.

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets

Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to improve performance

Set, track, and enforce KPIs (calls, follow-ups, conversions, closed deals)

Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead follow-up

Close high-value deals and support team members with complex prospects

Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and sales forecasts

Improve sales scripts, processes, and overall team efficiency

Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance lead quality and customer experience

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth strategies

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Increase conversion rates, deal size, and customer retention while reducing churn

Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture

Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience

At least 2+ years in student recruitment

Proven experience in sales team leadership and management

Strong ability to close deals and handle objections effectively

Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems

Ability to train, coach, and develop sales teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with targets, KPIs, and meet performance goals consistently

High level of accountability, organization, and leadership

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Must have reliable devices and stable internet for remote work

Knowledge of Google and Meta Ads is an advantage
