Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of straightening machines
Support daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality output
Monitor machine performance and report any faults or issues
Follow operational guidelines and standard procedures
Ensure compliance with safety standards in the factory
Work closely with senior engineers and technicians for training and support
Contribute to continuous improvement in production processes
Required Qualifications
B.Eng or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
0–1+ years of experience (NYSC, SIWES, or internship experience is an advantage)
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industrial tools
Willingness to learn and work in a factory/production environment
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
