Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new staff
Support internal communications and HR-related activities
Help coordinate staff welfare and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Currently enrolled in the NYSC program with at least 10 months remaining
Must reside in or near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism and integrity
