Key Responsibilities
* Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Organize and maintain digital files, calendars, and task lists
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
* Handle data entry and basic administrative tasks
* Conduct online research and compile information
* Manage social media accounts (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
* Assist with customer support and client communication
* Perform personal errands (online shopping, bookings, etc.)
* Track expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping
* Any other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
* A good working laptop.
