Drive business growth and operational efficiency across the Group
Develop and implement operational and investment strategies
Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and capital syndication
Lead due diligence for investments and acquisitions
Manage administrative, sales, marketing, and project activities
Provide leadership to operational staff
Improve policies and procedures to enhance productivity
Report performance and strategic progress to MD and Board
Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications (CFA, CIS, PMP, COREN, ICAN) desirable
10+ years senior leadership experience across real estate, investment, finance, construction, fintech, administration, banking, and regulatory compliance
Proven track record in business growth, operational targets, and cross-functional team leadership
Experience in digital transformation and technology platform scaling
Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills
Lagos-based with flexibility for extended hours and travel
