Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff for daily operations
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and hygiene
Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff
Assist with menu planning and recipe development
Monitor kitchen equipment and manage inventory
Ensure KPIs and operational standards are met
Perform other duties assigned by the Camp Boss
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
Minimum 7 years’ experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory kitchen role
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
Experience in EPCI (onsite facilities) is an advantage
