Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Approve loan applications within specified approval limits and refer others to management.
Meet with loan applicants to collect information and answer inquiries.
Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit history, and collateral to assess loan feasibility.
Explain loan products, credit options, and terms to customers.
Obtain, verify, and compile credit histories, financial statements, and other documentation.
Maintain accurate credit and loan files in line with policies and regulations.
Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Provide periodic reports on loan portfolio performance as required.
Required Qualifications
Relevant qualifications and experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
