Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities and coordinate routine processes within the facility
Maintain accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records
Assist with workforce scheduling and monitoring staff productivity
Compile and update operational reports and workforce data
Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and documentation standards
Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to improve workflow efficiency
Monitor attendance patterns and report discrepancies where necessary
Provide administrative support for operational tasks within the plant or warehouse
Required Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience in an Operations Assistant or Timekeeping role within FMCG or manufacturing
Practical experience with employee attendance tracking and timekeeping systems is required
Strong organizational and record management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
