The role involves handling stock receipt, storage, documentation, and monitoring to ensure accurate inventory control and prevent losses across assigned store locations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect goods from suppliers to verify quantity and condition.
Maintain organized storage and accurate records of all inventory.
Issue stock to Sales Representatives only with a properly approved invoice.
Keep proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing stock movements.
Carry out periodic stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to management.
Assist during inventory audits and ensure adherence to inventory procedures.
Implement strict control measures to prevent stock loss, theft, or damage.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE or OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in cash handling or an accounting-related role is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting systems or proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
