Job Summary

Scruples Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Logistics Advisor to provide subject matter expertise in logistics operations for offshore oil and gas activities. The role involves managing logistics services such as aviation, marine, transportation, and materials management while ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations that support drilling and upstream activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide logistics expertise across aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation, and camp services.


Manage day-to-day logistics operations including material control, inventory management, and coordination of materials to offshore and onshore rigs.


Implement logistics strategies and supervise drilling logistics contractor staff.


Maintain performance-tracking records of supply base operations and logistics contracts to improve efficiency.


Train, mentor, and develop national logistics and materials management personnel.


Ensure logistics operations comply with company environmental, health, and safety standards.


Align logistics activities with the Drill Team’s operational needs and objectives.


Ensure compliance with local regulations, PSC/JOA requirements, DOAG, Controls, and OIMS standards.


Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics for supported operations.


Conduct periodic internal assessments to ensure compliance with operational controls and procedures.



Required Qualifications

BSc in Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical discipline.


Experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably within international or frontier operations.


Experience in upstream oil and gas operations, particularly drilling support services and materials management.


Experience in establishing and developing logistics operations in remote or frontier regions.


Strong knowledge of inventory control, contract administration, and oil field accounting practices.


Strong planning, coordination, scheduling, and administrative skills.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across operational teams.


Demonstrated competencies in SSHE management, process planning, mechanical coordination, maintenance management, and marine logistics operations.
