Scruples Resources Limited is seeking a Completions Engineer to plan, design, and oversee well completion operations in the oil and gas sector. The role focuses on ensuring wells meet geological and reservoir objectives while maintaining the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate all phases of well planning and completion.
Ensure geological and reservoir objectives are achieved while maintaining engineering integrity and safety standards.
Develop well designs and plans that optimize costs and investments.
Provide technical review and support to drilling teams on design and operational activities.
Evaluate and support the implementation of new technologies, including subsea systems where applicable.
Facilitate the preparation and monitoring of capital budgets related to completions and well design.
Maintain accurate and sustainable project data for well timing and execution.
Collaborate daily with completion foremen, drilling leadership, and other operational teams.
Work with completion service companies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Apply industry best practices and collaborate with safety, environmental, and field operations teams to enhance safety performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of completions design, equipment, operations, standards, and specifications.
Understanding of subsea systems technology is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage heavy workloads with changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, particularly for technical and business communications.
