Operations – Inventory Control Analyst II

Scruples Resources Limited is recruiting an Operations – Inventory Control Analyst II to support inventory planning, shipment scheduling, and stock analysis within its oil and gas operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficient product distribution, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting inventory reporting and analysis.

Schedule and revise shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to customers.

Analyze inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine appropriate reorder levels.

Ensure product availability while minimizing overall inventory costs.

Prepare inventory reports and perform cycle counts.

Determine periodic asset valuations and maintain accurate inventory records.

Apply standard inventory management concepts, practices, and procedures.

Perform inventory decisions and analysis involving complex inventory scenarios.

Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective inventory control and distribution processes.

Relevant qualification in a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work with moderate supervision and manage inventory processes effectively.
