Operations (Gen) – Warehouse Supervisor II

Scruples Resources Limited is hiring an Operations (Gen) – Warehouse Supervisor II to oversee warehouse operations, manage warehouse staff, and ensure efficient, safe, and reliable warehouse activities within its oil and gas operations.

Supervise daily warehouse activities and operations.

Maintain warehouse records, schedules, and documentation.

Ensure the warehouse facility is secure and properly managed.

Lead and direct the activities of warehouse staff.

Manage warehouse human resource activities including selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.

Contribute warehouse insights to strategic planning and operational reviews.

Resolve operational issues and identify improvements to warehouse systems.

Manage Warehouse First Line Supervisors to ensure safe, reliable, and profitable operations.

Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

Relevant qualification in a related field.

5–9 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas industry.

Experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.

Strong management and supervisory skills.

Knowledge of safety management and warehouse operations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
