Prepare operational reports and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (MBA or professional certification is an added advantage).
5 – 10 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in the security services sector.
Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management abilities.
Proven experience managing large teams and overseeing multi-site operations.
