Head of Operations (Security Services)

Hoganguards Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee and coordinate all security operations within the organization. The role involves ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising operational teams, and aligning security activities with the company’s strategic objectives.

Oversee daily operations across all security divisions.

Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Supervise guard deployment, patrol operations, and field activities.

Manage incident response processes, reporting, and quality control.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational guidelines.

Prepare operational reports and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (MBA or professional certification is an added advantage).

5 – 10 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in the security services sector.

Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management abilities.

Proven experience managing large teams and overseeing multi-site operations.
