Key Responsibilities
Attract new clients by innovating and managing the company’s sales process.
Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and effective sales strategy.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of client activities in the CRM system.
Develop and present customized proposals tailored to each client’s business needs.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-ups.
Build rapport with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Convert proposals into finalized contracts ready for signing.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
Conduct both virtual and in-person sales meetings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar business development or marketing role.
Experience within the security services industry or related sectors is required.
Strong understanding of the security management services industry in Nigeria.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
