Job Summary

The Customer Service Intern will support the operations team by responding to customer enquiries, assisting with service bookings, documenting customer interactions, and managing basic social media engagement while gaining practical experience in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer enquiries and provide support


Assist in managing customer requests and service bookings


Support documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions


Help manage social media responses and basic engagement


Escalate customer complaints or urgent issues to the appropriate team


Provide accurate information about MyMedicalBank services




Required Qualifications

Minimum qualification: OND (students awaiting NYSC or recent graduates may apply)


Good communication and interpersonal skills


Customer-focused attitude with willingness to learn


Basic knowledge of social media platforms


Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proximity to Ikeja will be considered an advantage
