Key Responsibilities
Assist the Divisional Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring field operations within the assigned division
Supervise daily plantation activities including planting, weeding, pruning, fertilizer application, and harvesting
Ensure oil palm stands are properly maintained in line with estate standards and agronomic practices
Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and performance to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records of field activities, input usage, and harvested produce
Conduct routine inspections to detect pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and report findings promptly
Coordinate the availability and use of machinery, tools, and logistics required for daily field operations
Enforce safety, health, and environmental compliance among field workers
Support the implementation of sustainable farming and soil conservation practices
Prepare periodic progress and operational reports for management review
Required Qualifications
HND / B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field
2 – 4 years of experience in oil palm plantation operations or agricultural field supervision
Good understanding of oil palm cultivation and plantation management practices
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
