Dangote Group is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Sokoto, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and coordinate the organization’s sales strategy in the assigned area
Prepare and execute annual sales budgets for the region
Plan, schedule, and assign targets to the sales team
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the National Sales Manager
Identify potential revenue streams and customer needs
Manage relationships with key customers and accounts
Ensure adherence to standard customer service policies
Conduct regular outlet visits to maintain service quality
Prepare periodic sales activity, financial, and performance reports
Perform other duties as assigned by the National Sales Manager
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Post-graduate or professional qualification is an advantage
Minimum of 10 years relevant sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the Northern Nigeria market and business environment
Understanding of trends, challenges, and opportunities in the cement industry
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Effective communication, presentation, and analytical skills
High level of responsibility, accountability, and ethical standards
