Stellar International Company Limited, a subsidiary of RSIN Group, is seeking an experienced Human Resource Supervisor/Manager in Onitsha, Anambra. The role focuses on developing and implementing training programs, coordinating with departments to address employee development needs, and supporting the company’s HR objectives.
Develop and implement training plans aligned with company objectives and employee needs
Design and deliver training programs, including onboarding, skill enhancement, and leadership development
Communicate regularly with departments to assess training needs and organize appropriate programs
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by leadership
Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in training, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role
Proficient in training processes, course design, evaluation, and implementation
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and training-related software
