Drive sales performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Oversee and expand sales coverage across assigned zones
Ensure efficient, ethical, and compliant sales processes in line with NAICOM regulations
Build and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders
Train, lead, and coach FSEs to improve retention, productivity, and skill development
Track, analyze, and report sales trends in assigned locations
Identify risks and implement strategic actions to mitigate impacts on sales
Provide insights and regular reports to Regional Sales Manager & Bancassurance Sales Manager
Collaborate with Commercial Business Support, Bancassurance Recruitment & Training, and other service lines to optimize sales and FSE retention
Identify new market opportunities to expand the customer base
Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and engagement among FSEs
Manage branch selling tools and support proper submission
