Manage and expand a client base of high-net-worth individuals and premium investors
Source, engage, and close high-value real estate transactions from ₦50 million and above
Market and sell luxury properties in prime locations
Provide expert investment guidance tailored to client needs
Conduct market research and analyze luxury property trends
Prepare and present investment proposals highlighting clear value propositions
Ensure a premium client experience consistent with Sow Real Estate’s luxury standards
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in luxury sales, investment advisory, or real estate consulting
Established network or exposure to high-net-worth clients is highly advantageous
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Polished, professional, and confident demeanor suitable for high-level client interactions
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the luxury market
None
Gross monthly salary of ₦400,000–₦500,000 plus 5% commission on sales
