Job Summary

Sow Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee office operations in Port Harcourt. The role ensures smooth administrative processes, effective facility management, and strong coordination across departments to support business growth.



Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning


Oversee facility maintenance, utilities, office supplies, and vendor relationships


Supervise administrative staff to maintain service standards


Handle petty cash management and monitor expenses


Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and company events


Maintain structured physical and digital documentation systems


Provide operational reports and support to management


Implement administrative policies and process improvements


Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination (HR, Sales, Finance)




Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field


4–6 years of experience in an administrative leadership role; real estate experience is advantageous


Strong organizational and coordination skills


Experience managing and supervising staff


Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Strong vendor management and negotiation skills


High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
