3–7 years of proven experience in Human Resources roles
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Knowledge of facility management is an added advantage
