Bayse Markets is recruiting a Junior Product Manager to support the execution of product initiatives across its prediction market exchange platform. This role is ideal for an early-career product professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that strengthen user trust, engagement, and retention.
Assist in coordinating product initiatives, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment across design, engineering, growth, and operations
Contribute to drafting and maintaining product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and internal documentation
Gather and synthesize feedback from users and internal stakeholders to inform feature improvements and priorities
Support quality assurance processes, including testing, bug tracking, and release preparation
Monitor product metrics and feature performance to guide iteration and optimization
Work closely with designers on user flows and interface details to ensure clarity and usability
Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and remove execution blockers
Conduct competitor and market research to support strategic product decisions
Identify user friction points and recommend practical enhancements to improve overall experience
1 to 3 years experience in product management, product operations, consulting, engineering, analytics, or a related field, or demonstrable product experience through projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and basic analytical tools
Strong curiosity about users and problem-solving mindset
Demonstrated initiative and accountability in delivering outcomes
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or Figma is an advantage
Interest in fintech, prediction markets, trading platforms, or marketplaces is beneficial
