Job Summary

Bayse Markets is seeking a Growth Marketer to design and scale a high-impact growth engine for its prediction market exchange platform. This role demands a strategic and analytical thinker who can execute creative campaigns, optimize performance channels, and build repeatable systems that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be accountable for measurable outcomes including customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, retention, and overall growth performance.



Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap covering acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and revenue expansion


Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, X, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels


Oversee creative direction, targeting strategies, attribution modeling, and scaling decisions to improve CAC and ROAS


Design innovative, high-impact campaigns that generate attention, engagement, and community-driven distribution


Lead social media growth strategy including content systems, posting cadence, creator collaborations, and performance analysis


Collaborate with product and design teams to improve onboarding flows, reduce user drop-off, and increase conversion to first and repeat trades


Build lifecycle marketing frameworks using email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging to strengthen retention and user habits


Run structured, high-velocity experiments across ads, landing pages, referrals, partnerships, and lifecycle initiatives


Develop dashboards and reporting systems to monitor funnel performance, cohort behavior, attribution, and channel effectiveness


Establish creative testing processes for hooks, scripts, user-generated content briefs, offers, and landing pages


Document playbooks and operational processes to make growth initiatives scalable and repeatable


Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment




Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth roles with proven measurable results


Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, attribution models, CAC, and ROAS


Demonstrated ability to generate original campaign concepts and high-performing creative strategies


Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience building scalable growth playbooks


Proven track record in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns


Experience building lifecycle marketing systems including segmentation, behavioral triggers, and experimentation


Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment


Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently


Familiarity with prediction markets, trading platforms, fintech, or financial product marketing is an advantage


Experience with creator partnerships, referral systems, and community-driven growth programs is a plus
