Bayse Markets is hiring a Product Designer to shape the core trading experiences of its prediction market platform. This role focuses on designing intuitive, high-trust interfaces that simplify complex market mechanics and enable users to trade with clarity and confidence. The successful candidate will work closely with product and engineering to deliver production-ready designs that directly influence adoption, engagement, and retention.
Lead the end-to-end user experience across market discovery, market details, order placement, confirmations, positions, portfolios, and settlement flows
Design interfaces that prioritize clarity, accuracy, and user confidence in high-stakes trading actions
Translate complex trading and market systems into simple, intuitive interaction patterns and clear information hierarchies
Produce high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs for web and mobile platforms
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, manage constraints, and ensure smooth implementation
Provide detailed specifications and conduct design quality assurance during development
Contribute to and enhance a scalable design system and reusable component library
Use user feedback, support data, session insights, and performance metrics to inform improvements
Conduct lightweight usability testing and iterate based on insights
Monitor post-launch performance and continuously refine features to improve trading frequency and retention
Minimum of 4 years experience designing high-traffic digital products with demonstrable shipped work
Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, refined UI execution, and clear design rationale
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system management
Solid understanding of UX and UI principles, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and drive solutions from concept to delivery
Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Experience designing financial, trading, or data-heavy interfaces is highly advantageous
Familiarity with prediction markets or trading concepts is a strong plus
Ability to maintain high standards while working at speed in a startup environment
