Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Crown Interactive, a leading Nigerian software company delivering sovereign digital solutions across Africa, is seeking a visionary Chief Information Security Officer to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, protect SaaS platforms and government digital infrastructure, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals

Establish and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures

Oversee cloud and SaaS platform security architecture, including identity and access management, encryption, and data protection

Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NDPR, SOC 2, NIST, and other relevant standards

Manage cybersecurity risk and maintain regulatory documentation

Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and threat intelligence monitoring

Supervise endpoint, network, and cloud security controls, including third-party vendor assessments

Build and manage a high-performing cybersecurity team and drive security awareness across the organization

Ensure secure data governance and implement privacy-by-design principles in public sector solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred)

10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Strong experience securing SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure

Deep understanding of enterprise and public sector compliance frameworks

Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
